Working at Cuddington Community Primary School is both rewarding and fulfilling as we continue our journey towards becoming an outstanding school. Our pupils are engaging and full of enthusiasm, taking an active part in their learning through our enquiry-based approach. Our knowledgeable and supportive staff team is always open to new challenges and developing further opportunities to enrich and enhance the experience of our children, as they engage in purposeful learning about the wider world. At the heart of their education is the empowerment for them to ‘be the change’ in all aspects of their life, both now and in the future, providing growth through the curriculum as well as their personal development and wellbeing.
There are numerous opportunities for continued professional development through our own strategically focused staff meetings and learning communities, as well as a wealth of training offered by the Howard Partnership Trust. This is available for all, whatever our current experience.
