Aims and Values
Our Vision and Aims
Our Vision:
To excel at 'Bringing out the Best' in all of our children
Our Aims:
- To provide a caring, secure and stimulating learning environment in which every child can develop as an individual: intellectually, socially, morally, emotionally and physically;
- To provide access to a broad, balanced, engaging, nationally-and-locally-relevant Curriculum for each child
- To provide opportunities for every child to feel part of a community where they can develop respect for themselves and their feelings, gender, culture, beliefs, views and abilities of others; and
- To develop self-esteem, self-discipline, self-respect and confidence to meet the changes and challenges in their life ahead, and so that they are ready for the next stage of their education.
Our Values:
At Cuddington our children, parents, staff and Governors agree that the following 10 characteristics are ones we most value and want to see developed. We focus on each value for a month during the school year.
